Clubhouse to enter Androids

Clubhouse, the renowned audio chatting app, is set to mark its entry in the androids in its Beta version. This app, already available in iOS and iPadOS, is a media platform that is intended for invite-only chatrooms.
The exact timeline and the zonal dispersion of the service are yet to be finalized. Meanwhile, the rough beta version is available for a few of the androids for testing purposes, as mentioned on the company’s website.
The post on the website gives a brief of the updates to be commenced on the Clubhouse platform, with the basic inclusions such as prompts or notifications to the fresh members to follow the clubs, initially giving an ear for a while. The gesture support has also been provided to get the VoiceOver accessibility to the users, figuring out who is speaking.
The Clubhouse was primarily released for iOS, which allowed the users to access only audio to rooms where hosts held the discussions and have featured famous people like Oprah, Elon Musk, and Tiffany Haddish.
The Android users have ever since been waiting for the app to work on androids, and till then, were indulged in the alternative such as Twitter Spaces. But now Clubhouse has decided to open up its wings further and operate in android also, be it the beta version for the testing purpose.
When it debuted in March 2020, Clubhouse’s initial year was remarkable and saw over10 a million downloads. It turned out to be a tough competition as audio products for Twitter, LinkedIn, Discord, Spotify, Slack, and Facebook.
